Insert ShortPoint multiple lines of text column

We can see ShortPoint insert buttons when we want to add text in list column of type (multiple lines of text). But nothing is happening.

ShortPoint currently does not support multiple lines of text columns. You will see ShortPoint insert buttons, but nothing will happen.
