How to Get Your SAP Account Name

Before we start:

Make sure you have the latest version of ShortPoint Widget ( or at least version 4.5.2 ), in order to be able to access the Account Settings button mentioned in this article.

Step 1: Edit ShortPoint Widget

Step 2: Click on the Account Settings icon

You will find the Account Name under the Account Information Category

A: Make sure you have at least version 4.5.2 running on your SAP Cloud Portal
