The Solution:
If you are facing the issue mentioned above, and you are using a ShortPoint field that supports rendering rich content, then probably your multiple-line column is of type "Plain Text",
You need to create a new multiple-line column that has the type "Enhanced rich text (Rich text with pictures, tables, and hyperlinks)", in order to be able for your information to have the proper formatting as well as to be displayed on multiple lines.
