Element can be added and positioned to show slide-able content, more content buttons and close it buttons similar to other whats new scenarios that we see in products. Products like when google updaets products and you go to the product url.  element will go away permanently per user, after user confirms or close it (options for both and anything you can come up with). 

All labels would be able to change, for example, whats new could be come whatever label that the designer wants.
