Does anyone have advice or experience on how to approach multilingual sites? 

As far as I understand we'd create localised versions like this and then would need to have a process by where any changes to text or changes to the ShortPoint elements / structure are replicated for each language.

Is there an easier way to do this? Are there any third-party tools that could take away some of the manual work / process involved?
